I'm finally all moved into the apartment in my mom's house. I wish I had taken "before" pictures so you could've seen how much it changed. I've lived in this house my whole life and for as long as I can remember, my mom only used this apartment for storage and for hiding presents at Christmas-time. It has a downstairs livingroom area but my mom has so much junk that I'm just keeping to myself in the upstairs part (can't complain!). It's just enough space for me and Rocko.

Ohhh very nice! So there's a kitchen/living area downstairs and your room upstairs? That's cool. I've never seen a two floor apartment attached to a house like that. The one in my grandma's house that my Dad lives in is small with just one floor. It'd be awesome to have a two level place!

actually everything is upstairs! next to the futon is my kitchen table and then the counter top/stove/sink wraps around the corner.

I guess the way it used to be used was just having the upstairs be a bedroom/bathroom/kitchen and then downstairs was a living room.
But I'm very happy! Rocko is already having less accidents since he's in one little area and I can watch him easier!
I'd love to have a dog sitter! haha
